- הזנת מידות הגג (אורך × רוחב), צילום של הגג, או תצלום לוויין לפי כתובת. / Roof input by dimensions, photo, or satellite image by address.
- סוגי גג: בטון שטוח, רעפים, איסכורית/פנל, פרגולה/סנטף. / Roof types: flat concrete, tiles, metal sheet/panel, pergola.
- תוצאה: מספר פאנלים, הספק, טווח מחיר (כולל פאנלים, מבנה, התקנה, ממיר, מע״מ ואגרת רישום בחברת החשמל), ייצור שנתי, חיסכון שנתי, החזר השקעה. / Output: panels, kWp, price range (panels, mounting, installation, inverter, VAT, grid-registration fee), annual kWh, annual savings, payback.
- אפשר להשאיר פרטים בסוף המחשבון לקבלת הצעה בכתב. / Visitors can leave contact details at the end to get a written quote.

## איך המחיר מוערך (באופן כללי) / How the estimate works (general)
- שטח הגג וסוגו קובעים כמה פאנלים נכנסים ואת הספק המערכת. / Roof area and type determine panel count and system size.
- היישוב קובע את כמות קרינת השמש ואת הייצור השנתי הצפוי. / Location determines expected solar yield.
- ההכנסה מחושבת לפי תעריף רשות החשמל שמתאים לגודל המערכת. / Income uses the Israel Electricity Authority feed-in tariff for the system size.
- דוגמה (ברירת המחדל במחשבון): גג בטון 12×9 מ׳ בתל אביב → 20 פאנלים, 9.2 קילוואט, הערכת מחיר ₪45,646–48,902, החזר השקעה מוערך כ-7.3 שנים. הערכה. המחיר הסופי נקבע אחרי מדידה. / Example (default): 12×9 m concrete roof in Tel Aviv → 20 panels, 9.2 kWp, estimated ₪45,646–48,902, estimated payback ~7.3 years.
